Obtained a Doctoral degree from Islamic Economic and Finance at Trisakti University, Jakarta in 2014, Obtained a Masters degree from the High School of Law Institute at Business Law & Legal Management (IBLAM) Jakarta in 2003, Obtained a Masters degree from MBA, from IPWI Jakarta and Earned a Masters degree S1 from the Sharia Faculty of IAIN Jakarta in 1992.

Prior to serving as Member of the Sharia Supervisory Board of Bank BTN, he held positions, Advisor/supervisor at several sharia financial/non-financial institutions, caretaker of Tahfiz Al Qurna Al Wasiah Jakarta Islamic Boarding School and permanent Khotib at the Presidential Palace Mosque and the RI Vice President’s Mosque, OJK, BI , etc.
